Explore school indoor air quality with EPA’s new virtual school IAQ tour

Good indoor air quality (IAQ) plays a critical role in a healthy, productive learning environment for students and staff, while poor IAQ can lead to discomfort, increased absenteeism, and even long-term health issues. Schools include a range of unique spaces (e.g., classrooms, cafeterias, gyms), each presenting its own challenges and opportunities for maintaining clean, healthy air. As a visual introduction to school IAQ concerns, EPA has developed an interactive school IAQ tour on their IAQ Tools for Schools website.

About the Coalition

As a nonprofit partnership since 1996, AAC has worked together with concerned stakeholders including public health, environmental quality, managed care, education, individual physicians and nurses, hospitals, foundations, families and other colleagues.
